Lockbox Permit Form

The following Forbes Wagon Creek Ranch (FWCR) Lockbox Request Form has been created to establish a best practice of security & convenience to ensure access to FWCR by property owners, their guests, and contractors performing work on behalf of property owners.

Prior to requesting this permit, each requestor should familiarize themselves with the full FWCR Gate and Key Policy. 

Individual contractors are prohibited from placing their own lockboxes on any gate.

The requesting owner must complete and submit this completed form and receive a permit number in response before a lockbox is placed at any gate entering/egressing FWCR. 

Each lockbox much clearly display the Owner Name, Lot Number, begin & end dates, and Permit Number for the duration of the permit. 

A permitted lockbox is allowed to remain on the gate for 1 month (31 calendar days) from the submittal date of this form.

Any lockbox found without a permit, left past the 31-day permit window, or incomplete labeling is subject to forcible removal without notice.
